yellowww~ here's to sum up what happened recently!

16&17 october
Had to wake up at 830 for work at singapore expo at 930, giving out flyers. Was working with jiefu so it isnt THAT boring bah. uhhh. my work all seems so mundane and useless in life. practically had to stand for 8 hrs with only half an hour of lunch break.

Something frustrating happened on the 1st day of working at expo. We placed our stack of flyers in front of a rubbish bin(lol) and our water bottles. then, my eye had to get so fking irritated that day that i had no choice but to take it out and drop it into my water bottle so that it doesnt dry up, since i didn't bring my contacts container.

Then, after placing those stuff safely at the exact same spot for like 6 hours.. it had to go missing! now im left with half a pair of contacts ): needa buy soon already! SIANTTMZX. even though flyer job may seems easy. but i had muscle ache the other day. lol. due to carrying the stack of flyer for many hrs and standing up.

I swear, its crazy. we were told to give out 4000 flyers per day, making it 2000 each per day. when we only manage to achieve half?(incl the stack of flyers approx 300(?) that mysteriously disappeared with the bottles) LUCKILY, the person in charge was cool and said its okay if u tried your best. we really did try our best tho .

18 october
Was sooooo tired that i thought i 'deserved' a break from work and instead went to train with my team at hop. lol. it has been a loooooong time since i went there, comparing it to the frequency b4 i started working lol. was not used to the keyboard and my mouse had problem. so i made lots of mistake at the start due to that.

Truthfully, i wasn't happy at the start due to them seeming to talk among themselves abt my mistake like talking behind my back(i have a pair of sharp ears ^^). however, i guess it became better as time passes when they actually tell me abt them more. altho, i know most of the mistakes is due to my own problem and not due to the keyboard and mouse after playing for awhile. gona try to improve on that i hope . :/ heh, also met our team jason for the first time. haha funny and nice guy.

19 october
Went back to work, alone. my cousin was feeling dizzy which i know about only after work. ahhh, sleepy sleepy sleepy. boring boring boring. reading fml and kpop to pass my day and keep me awake. worst part is, i went to lunch alone cuz nobody called me along ): so pathetic, it felt suckish .

20 october
Had work again(btw i working data entry from monday to friday), my dad kinda woke me up. i went out to the living room and fell asleep on the sofa. lol. decided not to go cuz i was late anyway. spend my day at home, watching korean shows (: feels very shiok comparing to work.

21 october
Suppose to work.. but i told my supervisor i had fever :/ i feel so badddd , im sorry rly. cuz she replied saying take care and see you soon those kind. and i have been slacking at work also, doing very little entry only plus skipping work. ahh.
BUT
WAIT.

I went USS with des, rich, gwen, jason, huimin & jeremy.
i think its totally worth it for an experience! the place is like gorgeous man. so totally real. and the rides, simply awesome.

We were supposed to meet at 9.30am that day at vivo. however, as usual every1 was late except hm & remy. I called des at 930, supposedly having the intention to wake him, surprisingly he was awake and alr on the train. i reached at around 10 at harbourfront macs. as usual, being gl, des said those late have to treat lunch. he reached at 945. he's late too but.. insisting that he's earlier than us. so, it was eventually ignored as usual. rich gwen came at arnd 1015 and jason came after awhile. finished our macs breakfast and headed to Universal Studios Singapore.

Arrived at uss at around 11+. first we took some jr. dragon roller coaster thing called Enchanted Airways that we thought had no kick at all. but it turned out to be a fine starter that got us high! haha.

After that, we headed to the gorgeous castle that caught my eye before we entered uss. haha. it was screening the Shrek 4D Adventure. first time trying out 4D screenings. it was awesome!!! hahaha, the squirting, shaking, air & spiders XD .

Next, we headed to the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure that was suppose to get us wet, otherwise soaked! the locker required $4 for an hour, so we being cheapskate decided to buy a poncho at $2 to keep all our bags and stuff from being wet, with me hugging it thruout the ride. it was uber troublesome especially the putting the stuff into the poncho part. the ride was really awesome. but i actually found it a pity that i didn't get wet, not even moderately wet which was what makes the ride fun. instead, jeremy and huimin kena-ed the most. esp jeremy who was totally soaked. LOL. poor fellows =D after that ride, we decided to have our lunch. while deciding we saw a big black hornet, which was cool. at one point it just zoomed right in front of us causing hm to scream and everyone moving away. then, we decided to settle at Discovery Food Court. i had wanton noodle soup with almond jelly.

Right after our lunch, we went to Ancient Egypt and took the Return of the Mummy rollercoaster ride. it was TOTALLY AWESOME TTM!!!! we took it twice and i wanted to take it again but got rejected ):

Next on our list was the WaterWorld's thrilling performance. It was truly sensational as the performers performed stuns that could endanger their lives plus the fireworks, explosions, gun fights and that amazing airplane that charged in. However, we didn't get wet at all even tho we were in the 'mild wet' seating zone thingy.

Following the WaterWorld, we headed to the much anticipated Canopy Flyer which previously required 50mins waiting time and has reduced to 35mins when we came the 2nd time. we joined the queue and when it was finally going to be our turn, the flyer had technical issues. FOurLife. We decided to wait, and after 10minutes, they told us to come back again later and gave us each 1 express ticket to any rides for compensation. So, we decided to head to the Accelerator which is probably now des' worst nightmare. it was similar to the teapot ride in escape where it spins pretty fast. hm & remy, rich & gwen both occupied one accelerator each. me, des & jason occupied another. jason and i decided to spin the thing really fast otherwise it wouldn't be that fun. des' gets dizzy easily and pleaded to stop, but however was rejected. he fell when he came out of the ride. lol.

Everyone was shag after that ride, we settled at Loui's NY Pizza Parlor. Rich, gwen & i shared the cost for the pizza set meal. We were all shocked at the pizza when it arrived cuz it was amazingly huge. Jason went to sleep after eating. i finally found someone who was harder to be woke up then me. haha. championzx! hm & remy left the restaurant first to explore the place, leaving us 5 left in the restaurant.

Soon after, when jason is awake. Rich noticed that there were still attractions not yet tried in New York! so we went to the Lights! Camera! Action! Hosted by Steven Spielberg. There we were demonstrated the special effects used to portray a Category 5 Hurricane happening right in new york city. it was totally mind-blowing as the special effects were totally spectacular and looks pretty real!

Right after, we realised that we hadn't had much time left, so we rushed to the souvenir shop to purchase souvenir(duh). i bought a mug, the rest also bought stuff like mugs and shirts. thinking we had no time to take the Canopy Flyer which we really really wanted to take, we chiong-ed over there and realised that there was the technical issue AGAIN! so we thought, we 'dai suay' to this place. haha. after a 20mins wait, we finally got to ride it. i was dam embarrassed at one point when the lady asked me to put the slippers on the seat and i heard 'put your seatbelt on the seat' followed by 'you don't understand?'. ahhh >.< . after the ride, everyone was happy cause we had no more regrets when leaving the place(besides the taking pic with 'world tree' and the merry-go-round). haha we waited more than an hour just for a 53secs children ride. hahaha. (:

Overall, it was a totally enjoyable experience and this sums up my recent activities! sorry for the long entry. Bye~
